1. Photobooths are to be in a well ventilated and under cover area not in direct sunlight and need a power supply (240v) within 10 meters. We require a clear 2×2 meters of footprint space & 2.4m in height to setup.

2. The client accepts full responsibility for the equipment while in their possession (if no booth attendant). The client is liable for any loss or damage while the equipment is in their possession.

3. A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and remaining balance in next 30 days from deposit. Full payment is required if the event is within 30 days. This can be made by Direct bank transfer EFT. Credit card & PayPal incurs a 3% surcharge.

4. Cancellations within 7 days from the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

5. In the event of a photobooth malfunctioning due to mechanical or electrical failure (not including failure of main power supply at any time) during the first hour of a function, a backup will be delivered if available. If a backup machine is not available, the total hire cost will be refunded.

6. We give permission for iCanvasBooth to use any photographs taken during the event for display, reproduction, advertisement and marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing submitted to iCanvasBooth.

7. Any wilful damage to the booth by inappropriate behaviour of guests will be not be tolerated, and damage caused will need to be covered by the client.

8. GIF booth & Instant share images requiring onsite uploads that are shared by email are available only when proper internet speeds are present. When not, shares will queue and send when speeds resume.

9. Our booth attendant needs to have to suitable access to parking for the duration of the booking (including 1 hour before and 1 hour after your booked time) and the facility to unload and transport the booth to the actual location. Carpark fee may apply to the hirer if loading/unloading access cannot be provided by the venue.

10. Once set up by the attendant, no equipment may be moved by the client or guests without prior consent.

11. Prices are seasonal and location based.

12. Delivery within Sydney metro area are free (40km from Eastlake). Surcharge may apply outside free delivery range.

13. iCanvasbooth cannot be held responsible for any weather condition, power outage, network issues & unforeseen circumstances.

14. With Covid-19 Restriction you may move your event date at no additional cost and it will be valid for 12 months.
