Terms & Conditions


  1. Photobooths are to be in a well ventilated, shady environment and not in direct sunlight and need a power outlet with 240v within 10 meters. We require a clear 2x2 meters of footprint space & 2.4m in height to setup.
  2. The client accepts full responsibility for the equipment while in their possession (if no booth attendant). The client is liable for any loss or damage while the equipment is in their possession.
  3. A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and remaining balance in next 30 days from booking. Full payment is required if the event is in 30 days This can be made by Direct bank transfer EFT or by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal which incurs a 3% surcharge.
  4. Cancellations within a 48-hour period from the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  5. The remaining balance should be paid 30 days prior to the event.
  6. In the event of a photobooth malfunctioning due to mechanical or electrical failure (not including failure of main power supply at any time) during the first hour of a function, a backup will be delivered if available. If a backup machine is not available, the total hire cost will be refunded.
  7. We give permission for iCanvasBooth to use any photographs taken during the event for display, reproduction, advertisement and marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing submitted to iCanvasBooth.
  8. Any willful damage to the booth by inappropriate behavior of guests will be not tolerated, and damage caused will need to be covered by the client.
  9. Gif booth or social media shared images requiring onsite uploads that are shared by email are available only when proper internet speeds are present. When not, shares will queue and send when speeds resume.
  10. Our booth attendant need to have to suitable access to parking for the duration of the booking (including 1 hour before and 1 hour after your booked time) and the facility to unload and transport the booth to the actual location.
  11. Once set up by the attendant, no equipment may be moved by the client without prior consent.
  12. Prices may vary on seasonal and location based.
