What affects your photo booth hire quote?
Your date and our schedule are the starting point. Tell us when the event takes place, when you want the booth running and whether your venue has a separate access window for setup and removal.
Your venue and access arrangements
Include the venue name, suburb and address. Travel, loading access, parking, stairs and lifts can affect the arrangements. Share any restrictions so they can be discussed before your booking is confirmed.
Choose the experience before comparing inclusions
- Open air: photo sessions with personalised printed keepsakes and digital sharing.
- GIF: digital photos and looping animations with personalised photo footers.
- 360° video: a moving-camera experience with a personalised overlay and a dedicated attendant. This booth creates videos, not printed photos.

Hire times and finishing touches
Tell us your preferred start and finish times, and any personalisation you have in mind. Open-air and GIF backdrop choices, premium flower walls, a photo guestbook or other extras should be discussed as part of your quote. For 360° video, tell us about the overlay or branding you want.

No. An enquiry lets the team check availability and prepare a tailored quote. Your booking is confirmed through the booking process and the applicable hire terms, rather than by submitting the form alone.
How should I compare quotes?
Compare the booth format, hire duration, deliverables, personalisation, setup arrangements and extras. Check whether you are choosing printed keepsakes, digital photos or videos, and ask for clarification on anything that is not included.
