Enquiry information
When you use the booking or contact form, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, event plans and message. If you submit a custom print design, we also store the artwork so authorised staff can review it for your event. We use your details to respond, prepare a quote and discuss your event. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and can be reviewed by authorised iCanvas staff. Our hosting provider processes the data to operate the website. If email notifications are enabled, an email delivery provider also processes enquiry details to notify the team.
Technical data and media
The website uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies. Videos are loaded from Vimeo when you choose to open the player; Vimeo then handles playback data under its own privacy policy. Social links take you to the respective provider.
Measurement and cookie choices
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visits and successfully saved enquiries. For visitors in Australia and other regions where prior opt-in is not required, basic analytics and advertising measurement storage is enabled by default. Visitors can opt out at any time. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland who have not already saved a preference, analytics and advertising storage remains denied until they allow measurement.
If storage is denied, Google receives limited cookieless signals about page visits, saved enquiries, consent status and technical request information for measurement and modelling. Analytics and advertising cookies are not read or written in this state, and advertising click identifiers are redacted from denied advertising signals. Cookieless measurement is not the same as sending no data.
When measurement storage is enabled, Google can use analytics cookies and advertising click identifiers to connect visits and enquiries to advertising. We measure form steps, safe error categories, booth choices, enquiry type, broad event city and phone or email link clicks. We do not send your name, email, phone number, venue, artwork or message to Google. When measurement is enabled, advertising measurement consent permits Google to use browser and ad-click identifiers for conversion attribution. Personalised advertising remains disabled. You can change your choice using Measurement preferences in the footer. Opting out does not affect submitting an enquiry or receiving a reply.
